• Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of the order if the item is in stock and the credit card used for the purchase is approved,
• The customer will be notified via e-mail within 24 hours:

 - if an item(s) is out of stock,

- with the estimated delivery date for out of stock items. 

• In the case an item is out of stock, the decision to backorder or cancel the order will be at the discretion of the customer,
• In the event that an order is cancelled a full refund will be returned to the customer.
• All orders will be carefully and correctly packed with two invoice copies attached to the outside and inside of the order.
• White Squall Consulting Inc. accepts no liability for damage incurred during shipping.  If the order is received with damage the carrier and White Squall Consulting Inc. should be notified immediately.

White Squall Consulting Inc. will keep client information secure and will not provide or sell this information to any third party.

Before an item(s) is returned:

• an RMA number must be applied for via e-mail or telephone, stating the reason for the return.
• When a return has been authorized, an RMA form must be completed and returned with the item.

• All payments are in Canadian dollars and may be made on the web site using Visa or Master Card.
• A 2.2% SURCHARGE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS. BANK DRAFTS, MONEY ORDERS AND PERSONAL CHEQUES WILL NOT BE SUBJECTED TO THE SURCHARGE.
• Payment may also be made by personal cheque, bank draft or money order in Canadian dollars or the equivalent in US dollars, the British Pound, or Euro.
• In the case of a payment by cheque, bank draft or money order, the shipment will be held until the cheque has cleared the bank, or the bank draft/money order has been cashed.
• Orders placed from outside Canada are not subjected to Canadian taxes,
• Orders placed within British Columbia will be charged the applicable provincial and federal taxes,
• Orders placed from a province other than British Columbia will only be charged applicable federal taxes,
• Prices are subject to change without notice as they are closely tied to the Euro, British Pound and the American dollar.

• All SCS Pactor modem kits include a CD with all of the software required to install and operate the Winlink and Sailmail systems, or download Weather Fax’s,
• All SCS Pactor modem kits also include one hour of free consultation.  This consultation will be provided by telephone, e-mail or Skype for clients outside of our service area and should be set up in advance via e-mail.
• The customer is encouraged to purchase our 64 page manual titled “Installation and Operation of SCS Pactor modems”.  This manual was written with the cruising sailor in mind since it provides step by step detailed information with many screen captures, on how to install all of the software required for Winlink, Sailmail, or Weather Fax system operation.
